How license/subscription/add-ons works and what will be your ongoing costs?
SBSCC MYBOS Accounting Software comes with Server/Cloud Edition and Add-on Modules. For Server/Desktop Edition and Add-on Modules; install it on your Windows Operating System (OS) computer/server and access it via your local area network. For MYBOS Cloud/Online Edition; subscribe our service and access via internet from anywhere anytime with any device. Both Editions comes with unlimited Users and Companies.
Server and Cloud: There are two ongoing costs associated with operating the system - an optional support fee and a compulsory Annuall renewal/subscription fee; this includes all product updates for the period.
MYBOS Server/Desktop Edition
1. SBSCC MYBOS Accounting Software - Server Edition is licensed and priced for full product per server/computer.
2. An annual mandatory renewal fee is due each year on your initial system purchase anniversary date. This fee renews your license another year and entitles you to all product updates at no extra charge.
3. Always backup your company data for any future restore.
4. You need terminal server software to access in multi-user mode. We recommend TSspeedbooster.
MYBOS Cloud/Online Edition
1. You will receive MYBOS Accounting Software as a service (SaaS) with MYBOS Cloud.
2. You can access MYBOS Accounting Software via internet and use it for your business as long as you subscribe our service.
3. 99.9% Uptime on network and state of the art security guarantee.
4. You can access the software from any internet browser.
MYBOS Retail Billing
1. To use MYBOS Retail Billing (Standard & Enterprise) Edition you need MYBOS Accounting (Server or Cloud) Edition.
2. MYBOS Retail Billing Basic Edition can be used independently.
3. An annual mandatory renewal fee is due each year on your initial system purchase anniversary date.This fee renews your license another year and entitles you to all product updates at no extra charge.
4. Retail Billing - Store Pack (additional shop) Desktop Edition will be charged separately and also subject to annual renewal fee.
5. You need terminal server software to access Retail Billing in multi-user mode. We recommend TSspeedbooster.
Payment Terms, Refund Policy & Others
1. All our products and services will be delivered only after your full payment.
2. Initially it may take up to 24-48 hours to process your order.
3. All purchases made through our website (mybosaccounting.com/sbscchosting.com/sbscc.com/mybos.lk) are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once ordered and paid, there are absolutely no refunds.
4. You will get Amazing Web-Up Bundle (Domain and Hosting) FREE when you initially buy MYBOS Retail Billing & Accounting (Suite) and 3 Store Pack. It is free as long as you subscribe/renew MYBOS suite annually.
5. Under Make Money with MYBOS and Partner Program, you can not refer your own company.
6. You should not use our products and services in any manner that is a violation of applicable laws.
7. We highly recommend you to try SBSCC MYBOS before you buy.
MYBOS Re-brand Partner
1. You should pay an annual fee of $365 every year as long as you use our re-brand server.
2. The annual re-brand partner fee will be waived off after 500+ units sold.
3. You will get a domain of your choice.
4. Your branded logo added on the cloud accounting software.
5. You should buy MYBOS Cloud Edition, Retail Billing & Add-ons at discounted rate for your clients.
6. You should not use our re-brand products and services in any manner that is a violation of applicable laws.
7. Above MYBOS Terms and Conditions also applies to re-brand partner.
8. We exclusively manage the re-brand cloud server and new client creation.
9. You sell and provide us only the new user login name for creation. You should support and manage your clients directly.
10. Initially once you pay it will take at-least 7 to 14 working days to process your re-brand cloud server.
