Terms & Conditions

1. You will receive MYBOS accounting/ePOS online point of sales/hybrid billing/plugin software as a service (SaaS) on cloud.

2. This SaaS subscription will automatically renew for successive one (1) month period or one (1) year period (each a "Renewal Term").

3. Termination of subscription - unless either party provides written notice of termination to the other party at least fourteen (14) days prior to the expiration of the current term.

4. All your logins and data will be deleted from our server after 21 days of termination.

5. ALL-IN-ONE CLOUD - you will receive Integrated Cloud Accounting and ePOS or Hybrid Cloud Billing Plug-in.

6. To use our plug-ins you should have cloud accounting, except ePOS can be stand alone.

7. Maximum storage provided on the Fair Usage Policy - cloud accounting subdomain (1GB Storage) & ePOS subdomain (5GB Storage). Buy additional storage if required.

8. 99.9% Uptime on network, one week backup, state of the art security and disaster recovery plan (DRP) guarantee.

9. You should not use our products and services in any manner that is a violation of applicable laws.

10. You’re responsible for providing true and accurate information from our services for your legal, tax and compliance obligations.

11. You’re responsible for protecting your username and password. You’re also responsible for all your users’ activity and your data.

12. You’re responsible for resolving any disputes with any users over access to your subscription.


Maintenance, downtime and data loss

1. We really try to minimise any downtime, but sometimes it’s necessary so we can keep our services updated and secure. You also may have occasional access issues and may experience data loss, so backing up your data is important..

2. We make great efforts to maintain the availability of our services, and provide online support. On occasion, we need to perform maintenance on our services, and this may require a period of downtime. Where planned maintenance is being undertaken, we’ll attempt to notify you in advance but can’t guarantee it.

3. Occasionally you might not be able to access our services and your data. This might happen for any number of reasons (netwok/server/other issues), at any time.

4. Data loss is an unavoidable risk when using any technology. You’re responsible for maintaining copies of your data entered into our services. We are not liable for loss of your data.


Limitation of liability/Disputes/Blocking access, subscription, process payment

1. We have no liability arising from your use of our services for any loss of revenue or profit, loss of goodwill, loss of customers, loss of capital, loss of anticipated savings, legal, tax or accounting compliance issues, damage to reputation, loss in connection with any other contract, or indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, exemplary or special loss, damage or expense.

2. For loss or corruption of your data, our liability will be limited to taking reasonable steps to try and recover that data from our available backups.

3. You and we agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, instead of in courts of general jurisdiction.

4. We may block your access, terminate your subscription, or refuse to process a payment if we reasonably believe there’s a risk like a potential breach of a law or regulation associated with you, your company, your subscription, or a payment.


Payments Terms/Refund Policy/Others

1. Initially it may take up to 24-48 hours to process your order.

2. Software assistance fee applies for every support you request.

3. All subscriptions made through our website are NON-REFUNDABLE.

4. Once ordered and paid, there are absolutely no refunds. We highly recommend you to try our products before you buy.
