Terms & Conditions

1. You will receive MYBOS accounting software as a service (SaaS) on cloud.

2. This SaaS subscription will automatically renew for successive one (1) year periods (each a "Renewal Term") unless either party provides written notice of termination to the other party at least fourteen (14) days prior to the expiration of the current term. All your logins and data will be deleted from our server after 21 days of termination.

3. ALL-IN-ONE CLOUD - you will receive Integrated Cloud Accounting and ePOS or hybrid cloud billing plug-in.

4. To use our plug-ins you should have cloud accounting, except ePOS can be stand alone.

5. Each cloud accounting subdomain is eligible for 1GB of storage on the Fair Usage Policy. Buy storage if required.

PAYMENTS  TERMS / REFUND POLICY / OTHERS

1. Initially it may take up to 24-48 hours to process your order.

2. You should not use our products and services in any manner that is a violation of applicable laws.

3. Software assistance fee applies for every support you request.

4. State of the art security and disaster recovery plan (DRP) guarantee.

5. All purchases made through our website are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once ordered and paid, there are absolutely no refunds. We highly recommend you to try our products before you buy.
